Mining Disrupt 2026 speakers from listed miners
Luke Rossy, Chief Operating Officer, HIVE Digital Technologies
Rossy has run operations at HIVE since January 2024, after serving as its vice president of operations. HIVE is a Nasdaq-listed miner with sites in Canada, Sweden and Paraguay. He is the person to hear on how a listed operator brings new capacity online and keeps it running.
Gabriel Lamas, Country President of Paraguay, HIVE Digital Technologies
Lamas, an electrical engineer with more than 20 years in infrastructure and energy projects, joined HIVE in March 2025 to lead its operations and expansion in Paraguay. He previously led Latin American infrastructure and operations at Bitfarms. Anyone weighing sites in South America should hear him.
Steven Eliscu, Chief Operating Officer, DMG Blockchain Solutions
Eliscu became DMG's chief operating officer in 2022 after sitting on its board, and earlier worked in finance and investor relations at Bitfury USA. DMG is a publicly traded miner based in Vancouver. He is well placed to speak on how a mid-sized miner funds new infrastructure.
Hardware, firmware and fleet software
Irene Gao, President of Mining, Bitmain
Gao leads the global mining business at Bitmain, the world's largest maker of crypto mining hardware, and speaks for the company at industry events. Hardware supply shapes every other decision on the floor, so buyers should treat her remarks as a guide to pricing and efficiency.
Ryan Miller, Director of Business Development, Braiins
Miller works on the commercial side of Braiins, the company behind Braiins OS firmware and Braiins Pool. One of the organizer's published panels sets open-source mining against closed hardware makers, and Braiins has a stake in that debate. His team is who operators call when they want to tune a fleet.
Bradley Peak, Global Head of Sales, VNISH
Peak sells VNISH's aftermarket ASIC firmware, which operators use to tune power draw and hash rate. VNISH is co-hosting the opening-night party with the EMCD mining pool, covered in our side events guide. He is a good contact for operators trying to get more from machines they already own.
Dan Lawrence, Chief Executive Officer, OBM
Lawrence co-founded OBM, the company behind Foreman, a platform for managing mining fleets remotely, after 15 years as a technical director at the U.S. Department of Defense. OBM now builds tools for flexible load management across mining and AI sites, which ties his work to the energy sessions.
Energy and the grid
Rapha Zagury, Founder and CEO, Elektron Energy
Zagury founded Elektron Energy, a Bitcoin mining and infrastructure company, after a Wall Street career that included roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. He brings a capital-markets view of power: what a megawatt is worth to a miner, and who should own it.
David Chernis, Director of Flexible Compute Platforms, CPower
Chernis leads CPower's work with mining and high-performance computing sites that take part in demand response, cutting load when the grid is tight. He was previously an energy projects manager at Amazon Web Services, working on power procurement for data centers. For operators, flexibility is a second income line.
Operations, facilities and the floor
Dan Koehler, Chief Executive Officer, ASIC Plug and FARMGOD
Koehler runs ASIC Plug, a mining hardware supplier, and FARMGOD, a monitoring and management platform for mining farms. He also spoke at the organizer's Texas summit in November 2025. Operators comparing fleet-management tools can hear from a founder who sells the machines as well as the software that watches them.
Adam Wiggins, Director of Data Center Solutions, Camfil
Wiggins has spent more than a decade on air filtration systems at Camfil, a clean-air manufacturer, and now focuses on data centers. Dust and contamination wear down air-cooled miners and servers alike, which makes filtration a cost question tied to the organizer's repair and lifespan theme.
Max Matrenitski, Founder, Everminer and Cyberian Mine
Matrenitski founded Cyberian Mine, a Bitcoin mining company in Germany, and launched Everminer in 2024 with prepaid lifetime mining contracts. The organizer also lists him as founder of OpenMine. He speaks for the retail end of the market, the audience behind the home mining panels.
How to use the Mining Disrupt 2026 speaker list
Hardware buyers should start with Gao, Miller and Peak. Anyone choosing a power strategy or a hosting partner should follow Zagury, Chernis and Lawrence.
The organizer's speaker wall also carries names from its November 2025 Texas summit, including HIVE co-founder and executive chairman Frank Holmes and Luke Dashjr, co-founder of the Ocean mining pool. They were not among the newest 2026 additions, so check the final agenda before planning around them.
