Bitcoin Magazine confirmed her appearance.

Selig was sworn in as the 16th chairman of the CFTC on December 22, 2025, after serving as chief counsel of the SEC's Crypto Task Force. His fireside conversation is on the Nakamoto Stage on Monday at 11:00 am, moderated by Gregory Xethalis of Multicoin Capital.

Paul Atkins, Chairman, Securities and Exchange Commission

Atkins was sworn in as the 34th chairman of the SEC on April 21, 2025. His fireside follows Selig's directly, at 11:20 am Monday on the Nakamoto Stage, moderated by Perianne Boring, founder and chair of The Digital Chamber. The organizer describes him as the first serving SEC chair to speak at a Bitcoin Conference.

Patrick Witt, Executive Director, President's Council of Advisors for Digital Assets, The White House

Witt is the White House official on Monday's policy lineup. He joins the 12:30 pm panel "Are We Getting More Clarity?" on the Nakamoto Stage alongside Senators Lummis and Moreno. It puts the White House and the Senate in the same conversation on digital asset rules.

Aleš Michl, Governor, Czech National Bank

Michl speaks on Tuesday, April 28 at 10:20 am on the Nakamoto Stage in a session titled "Diversifying Central Bank Reserves with Bitcoin." Tuesday is open to General Admission, so this is a policy session every pass holder can attend. Bitcoin Magazine has previewed the talk.

On April 22 BTC Inc announced that Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel will join a fireside titled "Code is Free Speech: Ending the War on Bitcoin," moderated by Coinbase chief legal officer Paul Grewal, on Monday at 10:30 am.

Treasuries, capital and payments

Michael Saylor, Founder and Executive Chairman, Strategy

Saylor founded Strategy, the public company that holds more than 700,000 bitcoin according to his conference biography. On Monday at 3:11 pm he appears on the Enterprise Stage in "How STRC Was Born," a conversation with Barclays managing director Lee Counselman during the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium. He is also listed for a main-stage keynote on Tuesday.

Jack Mallers, Founder and CEO, Strike; Co-Founder and CEO, Twenty One

Mallers runs the payments company Strike and has led Twenty One Capital as chief executive since December 2025. His keynote is on the Nakamoto Stage on Wednesday, April 29 at 3:50 pm, one of the last major slots of the conference. Twenty One is among the Bitcoin-native public companies treasury watchers follow.

Paolo Ardoino, CEO, Tether

Ardoino leads Tether, the issuer of the USDT stablecoin. He is listed for a keynote on the Nakamoto Stage on Tuesday, April 28. With stablecoin regulation on Monday's policy agenda, his remarks a day later are a useful read on how the largest issuer sees its place in the Bitcoin economy.

Bitcoin 2026 speakers on mining, energy and infrastructure

Fred Thiel, Chairman and CEO, MARA

Thiel leads MARA Holdings, one of the largest publicly listed Bitcoin miners. He has a short company slot at 10:00 am Monday, then joins "Powering the Future Economy: How HPC + Bitcoin Mining Changes Energy Markets for the Better" at 2:30 pm on the Nakamoto Stage.
