Who is speaking at Bitcoin 2026
BTC Inc opened its speaker rollout in February with three names: Michael Saylor, founder and executive chairman of Strategy; Paul Atkins, chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission; and Mike Selig, chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The organizer describes Atkins as the first serving SEC chair to speak at a Bitcoin Conference, according to its first speaker announcement.
As of mid-April the conference site also shows Senator Cynthia Lummis, Strike and Twenty One chief executive Jack Mallers, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, Blockstream co-founder and CEO Adam Back, Morgan Stanley head of digital asset strategy Amy Oldenburg, American Bitcoin co-founder and chief strategy officer Eric Trump, and David Bailey, CEO and chairman of Nakamoto Inc. Our guide to the Bitcoin 2026 speakers covers who is worth planning around.
What is new at Bitcoin 2026
Sessions are spread across six stages: Nakamoto, Genesis, Energy, Open Source, Enterprise and Deep, the last reserved for Whale Pass holders. Three additions stand out.
- Compute Village: new to the Bitcoin Conference, a hub for miners, developers and infrastructure companies working on power-dense compute and energy.
- Code & Country on day one: the policy forum returns for a second year on April 27 and is open to Pro Pass and Whale Pass holders only, per the Code & Country announcement.
- A larger art program: BMAG, the arts and culture division of BTC Inc, is building a 6,000-square-foot gallery whose centerpiece is an original copy of The Times of London from January 3, 2009, the front page referenced in Bitcoin's genesis block.
The themes: policy, treasuries and compute
The program has six tracks: Bitcoin 101, AI + Compute + Mining, Code & Country, Culture, Open Source and Enterprise.
Policy carries the opening day. Code & Country puts regulators, members of Congress and industry executives on the same stage to discuss legislation, stablecoin rules, energy infrastructure and civil liberties.
Corporate treasury strategy is the second thread. The Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium runs on April 27 at The Venetian for Pro and Whale Pass holders, aimed at public-company executives and capital allocators.
The third is the overlap between mining and AI compute. The Energy Stage and the new Compute Village give miners, data center operators and energy companies their own corner of the floor.
